- The APC is a flat rate of ¥200 (CNY). There are no page charges, colour charges, or any other hidden fees.
- The APC covers the costs of editorial management, peer review administration, production, and online hosting.
- Payment is requested only after acceptance and does not influence the editorial or peer review decision.
- Authors from low-income countries may contact the editorial office to discuss a waiver.
